The past few months I haven't been updating my blog because I have been insanely busy with school. Well, the semester finally came to an end and I am spilling over with lots of great information, questions and insights that I am excited to share!

This is a picture of my cat Chico having a nap on my books (totally how I feel after exams!). My favorite part is behind her on the cork board there is a quote "The point of power is always in the present moment." How fitting.

I hope everyone has a great Holiday and is able to get some time to spend with family and friends.
